Zone 4 is located in the center of the island between Hillcrest Dr to the north and Country Club Rd to the south, Eckenstam Johnson Rd to the west and Lake Josephine to the east.

The zone 4 is made of 10 neighborhoods, each with a Neighborhood Coordinator who assists in communication and coordination with neighbors and zone leaders.
