Zone 3 is located on the east side of the island between the Puget Sound to the east and Lake Josephine to the west, Interlaken Park and Lake Florence to the north, and Sandy Point to the south, past the Riviera marina.

The zone is made of 9 neighborhoods, each with a Neighborhood Coordinator who assists in communication and coordination with neighbors and zone leaders.
