Zone 1 is located in the northwest corner of the island between the Puget Sound to the north and west, Yoman Rd and Lovass Rd to the south, and east to the boundary of Zone 2, which is just west of Eckenstam Johnson Rd.

The zone is made of 5 neighborhoods, each with a Neighborhood Coordinator who assists in communication and coordination with neighbors and zone leaders.
